Shipping Policy
Our standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail. The best service and cost from the State of Hawaii.
We strive to process and ship your order with 24 hours of receipt.
USA Locations
Domestic USPS Priority Mail service takes 2-3 days to arrive to you. Priorty Mail charges are based
on weight. Up to 1 lb. $4.60, 1-2 lbs. $7.50, 2 lbs. and over a flat rate of $8.95+. Your shipping
charges will appear prior to confirmation of your order. If you have any special instructions or
requirements, please email or call.
FREE Shipping on Orders Over $100.00.
International Locations
Please complete your order. No shipping charges will appear. Our webstore cannot calculate
International USPS Priority Mail charges. We will email the charges to you for your decision as
to whether to complete the order. International USPS Priority Mail takes 6-10 days to arrive.
Customs fees if any, are the customers responsibility. For orders over $100.00 USD, we will subtract
the Domestic US Priority rate from your shipping charges.
Privacy Policy
T-Shirt Factory is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any
information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. T-Shirt Factory does
not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
Return Policy
The T-Shirt Factory has one goal when it comes to customer satisfaction: We want you to be
completely satisfied with your purchase! We offer a 30-day exchange/return/refund policy for
Internet purchases. If within 30 days of receipt of your T-Shirt Factory purchase, you are
dissatisfied, simply return it to our warehouse. We will cheerfully exchange the item or return
your original purchase price. If you find that you need to return something, please include
the following information on all correspondence:
1. Your name and address
2. Shipping address (if different from your address)
3. The reason for the exchange or refund
4. Your original invoice or packing slip
5. Your Credit Card number with the expiration date
